Ingredients:
Each 0.5 ml (8 drops) of the solution contains:
- – Vitamin D3 400IU
- – Folic acid 50 microgram
Indications:
- – Low birth weight and gestational immature infants.
- – Anemia of prematurity.
- – Small infants with osteopenia (with or without rickets or fractures).
- – Previously (25-OH) – D deficient mothers born SGA or premature babies.
- – Neonatal hypoglycemia and impaired Vitamin D metabolism.
- – Prolonged infections in SGA & Premature babies.
- – Lactose intolerance & metabolism.
Direction:
Augmenting Growth & development in babies & children:
- 0-6 months: 8 drops orally per day
- 7-12 months: 10 drops orally per day
- 1-3 years: 12 drops orally per day
- 4-8 years: 16 drops orally per day
- 9-13 years: 32 drops orally per day
