Properties

• – Soothing and Protective for the Upper Airways:
  Iceland Moss and Plantago form a mucoprotective film over the throat and oral mucosa, reducing irritation, dryness, and burning sensations caused by infection or overuse of the voice.
• – Antibacterial, Antiviral, and Antifungal Action:
  Propolis (rich in galangin) and Thyme extracts provide broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity, helping to limit bacterial proliferation and reduce the duration of upper respiratory infections.
• – Anti-inflammatory and Antioxidant Activity:
  Plantago and Polygonum extracts, standardized in verbascoside and resveratrol, reduce inflammation, protect mucosal cells from oxidative damage, and support tissue repair.
• – Expectorant and Mucolytic Effect:
  Thyme essential oil improves mucociliary clearance and promotes natural expectoration, relieving cough and congestion.

Indications

Munatoril is indicated as an adjuvant therapy for conditions involving irritation, inflammation, or infection of the upper respiratory tract, such as:

• – Pharyngitis, laryngitis, and tonsillitis
• – Dry or productive cough
• – Sore throat and voice fatigue (teachers, singers, public speakers)
• – Cold, flu, and mild respiratory infections
• – Post-infectious throat discomfort or mucosal dryness

Directions

• – Adults: 10 ml 2–3 times daily
• – Shake well before use.
• – Children (over 6 years): 5 ml 2–3 times daily
• – Take slowly, allowing the liquid to coat the throat.
• – Can be taken pure or diluted in a small amount of water.
• – Continue treatment for 7–10 days or as directed by a physician.
• – Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• – Store below 25°C, away from light and heat.
