Indications
Upper respiratory tract infections (URI) : acute and chronic (e.g. pharyngitis, laryngitis, tonsillitis).
Lower respiratory tract infections (LRI) : including bronchitis and pneumonia (as adjuvant).
Seasonal allergies and influenza : with cough, sore throat, nasal discharge, and congestion.
Asthmatic and allergic bronchitis : for symptomatic relief and muscle relaxation.
Dry and productive coughs : due to its expectorant, antitussive, and mucolytic effects.
Post-nasal drip, tracheitis, pertussis : reduces cough frequency and inflammation.
Dose and Directions for Use
Adults – Take 20 ml twice daily, far from meals.
Children (6 months – 1 year) – Take 2.5 ml twice daily, diluted in water if necessary.
Children (1 – 3 years) – Take 5 ml twice daily.
Children (3 – 6 years) – Take 7.5 ml twice daily.
Children (6 – 12 years) – Take 10 ml twice daily.
