Ingredients (per one capsule) :

• – Griffonia simplicifolia (seeds dry extract, titrated 20% 5-HTP) 190 mg
• – Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha L.) (flower & leaves dry extract, titrated 3% total flavonoids as Vitexin) 120 mg
• – Bifidobacterium lactis (B420) SD6685 Not less than 10 Billion CFU (living cells)
• – Bugbane (Cimicifuga racemosa Nutt.) (rhizome dry extract, titrated 2.5% triterpenglycosides) 40 mg
• – Melatonin 1 mg
• – Vitamin K2 (Natto MK-7™) 45 mcg
• – Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 5 mcg
