Indications

• Chronic and occasional constipation

Dosage & Administration

• Insert 1 suppository as needed

Instructions for Use

• Wash your hands, remove the suppository from its blister, then moisten it by placing it under tap water for 20 seconds or dipping it in a cup of water for 10 seconds.
• Gently insert it into the rectum (preferably in a lying position) and wait for the natural effect to occur.
