Indications

• Low birth weight and premature infants
• Anemia of prematurity
• Osteopenia and vitamin D deficiency in infants
• Infants born to vitamin D–deficient mothers
• Neonatal metabolic support (including hypoglycemia risk)
• Recurrent infections in premature or SGA infants
• Nutritional support in lactose intolerance and growth phases

Dosage & Administration

• 0–6 months: 8 drops daily
• 7–12 months: 10 drops daily
• 1–3 years: 12 drops daily
• 4–8 years: 16 drops daily
• 9–13 years: 32 drops daily
