Indications:
Oral route:
• Premenstrual syndrome.
• Menstrual irregularities characterized by hypo ovulation and anovulation.
• Benign breast disease.
• Pre-menopause.
• Menopause (as oppose to estrogen therapy).

Vaginal route:
• Progesterone replacement therapy in case of complete deficiency in ovarioprive women, (oocyte donation).
• Therapeutic replacement of luteal phase during in vitro fertilization cycles (IVF).
• Therapeutic replacement of luteal phase spontaneous or induced cycles, in case of hypo fertility or primary and secondary infertility.
• Threatened abortion due to luteal phase insufficiency, until the 12 week of gestation.
